Poniżej opinia jednego z pasażerów:



My family has been flying with Lot for almost 20 years. We have always
enjoyed the service, and the direct flight from Toronto to Warsaw was very
convenient for us. We have never had any problems with Lot, until now. In
April 2005, I booked a ticket to Warsaw departing Toronto on July 14, 2005.
We were to fly directly to Warsaw, and then depart for Toronto on August 1.
We booked our seats through the travel agency. When we arrived at the
airport and checked in, we were given different seats from what we had
reserved. When we asked why this was, we were told that someone at the
travel agency likely made an error. But this was not the case, since we had
a printed itinerary specifically stating which seats we had. We proceeded to
the gate, and were surprised to see that the airplane was not a Lot Polish
Airlines Boeing, but a Luz Air L1011. No announcements were made as to why
the airplane was changed. Furthermore, we were informed that the flight was
delayed 45 minutes. This delay ended up being two hours. When we finally
boarded the plane, we first noticed that the seat configuration was
different from the Lot Boeing, which explained why our seats were changed.
Someone was in the seat that was listed on our boarding passes, so we had to
sit elsewhere. During the flight, the service was very poor. The airplane
was very old, as water was dripping from the ceiling (we were told that this
was from the air conditioning). The crew spoke no Polish, except for maybe
one Lot crew member. There was no in-flight movie, no headsets to listen to
music were given and there was no duty free shopping. When we were served
our meals, we were given bread without any butter. Our return flight was
slightly better. The airplane was not an original Lot Boeing, but a similar
aircraft leased in. Three of the washrooms were out of service, and there
were long lineups to use the remaining washrooms. During this flight, the
movie was not played due to audio problems. We also overheard one of the pas
sengers saying that that the July 15 flight from Toronto to Warsaw, one day
after our flight, was cancelled completely because the aircraft had no
power. Over the years, Lot has deteriorated. We are now going to fly British
Airways through London, because after what we have been through with Lot, we
never want to fly with them again!

teczce tow Grabarka, jedyna nadzieja ze go z soba zabierze... Tylko czy
nastepny bedzie lepszy? A tego co sie zepsulo, predko sie nie naprawi...

Reuters podał wczoraj, że dzisiaj mają ogłosic wybór 787. Kontrakt ma objąc
6 samolotów.

So what else is new??.
Wszyscy wiedza ze lot ma slaby serwis. Ostatnio jak lecialem SP-LPC
klimatyzacja byla tak skrecona ze gdybym nie mial kurtki to bym zamarzl. Ja
tam osobiscie wole KLM z NWA duzo lepsze serwis no moze poza DC-10

Taa.. lot zly, lot okropny, ciekawe czy gdyby kolega o ktorym mowa lecial
z lhr-yyz BA o batoniku, paczce chipsow i butelce wody to bylby szczesliwy
z "profesjonalizmu" obslugi... Ah ten BA, jak nie zgubia bagazu, to akurat
strajk jest;) Ale jak ktos juz musi narzekac, to zawsze znajdzie powod.

Właśnie wróciłem z Frankfurtu.
45 minut w samolocie (opóźnienie). Nikt nie włączył klimatyzacji, w środku
zaduch nieziemski.
I zawsze te piiiiiiprzone dojazdy autobusikami do samolotu bo żal wydać kasy
na rękaw...
Obsługa była akurat bardzo miła i kapitan wyjątkowo rozmowny, ale
niestety... jeden mały drobiazg jest w stanie zniszczyć wszystko.

No i żeby nie było.. LH z LHR zamiast A300-600 podstawiła A320 i z 80 osób
zostało w LHR na lodzie...

Miałem podobną sytuacje w 1995r.
Przyleciałem do Polski B767 a kiedy miałem swój lot powrotny to podstawili
jakiegoś starego DC10. Wszystkich nas trzymali w pomieszczeniu przed
rękawem przeszło 5 godzin i co chwile były komunikaty "że z przyczyn
operacyjnych lot bedzie opózniony o godzine". Samolot stał pod rękawem i
był naprawiany przez mechaników. Po czterech godzinach pasżerowie zaczeli
sie burzyć i żądali wymiany samolotu na sprawny. Jakiś młody przedstawiciel
lotu powiedział że to jedyny samolot jakim dysponuja i że jak tylko usterka
zostanie naprawiona to ten samolot poleci. Szczęśliwie dolecieliśmy do NY
ale pamiętam że samolot był już bardzo zniszczony w środku.
